Thank GOD im outta there! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I moved in Jan of '06 and thought it seemed like a great community. My sink in the bathroom had to be replaced, took a week to even get a call back from the office. The lock on my front door didnt work properly, contacted the office about getting a new one the day after I moved in. I was told I must have broke the lock and therefore I would be charged $30 something to replace it. They will find anyway possible to screw you! Parking is a joke, good luck finding a spot. My car was broken into, and management kinda laughed and shrugged it off because "they have never heard of anything like that in the community." The management keeps your security deposit regardless of the condition you leave the apartment so count that money good by from the day you sign your lease. They charge you an arm and a leg to have a pet in complex, but they should consider charging extra for the rude children that live there. Pool was closed for a while because of black algae, always dirty, spa never works properly. My lease was up end of October, I moved out the end of September and paid double rent the month of October just to get out of there. STAY AWAY, save yourself the headache and money!
