Terrible Community!!! From: iratetenant99 Date posted: 1/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002 1 response   Trying to transfer from one apartment to the next proved to be a very big headache...Finally ended up leaving before the terms of the lease were up..Office staff was not willing to work with us, once the balance was PAID IN FULL, still screwed up credit, demanding more money still (3 years later), and is not willing to discuss with me any further because I do not live there. The maintenance staff is under par, would not trust them to enter unless we were home. Noise was a major problem. Upstairs neighbors and across were exceptionally loud, office staff stated was our fault for not becoming friends with them, and attempting to resolve on our own. Sexual advances made at my room mate and myself by maintenance staff. Parking was a major problem, they say the spaces are assigned, however it was more like first come, first served...and it was our responsibility to confront the person who parked in our spot... Safety was a major concern, the community is not gated, and I felt very unsafe coming home after working a night shift... I have and would continue to discourage people from renting at this property.
