I have lived here for about a year. Thusfar the only real complaint that I have is that there are some bugs (however they are all outside and the complex has a contract with Terminex who will spray whenever needed).
Office staff is decent, although not extrodinary.
Maintanance crew is prompt and does what you call them out for.
As of yet I haven't seen the gangbangers or drug dealers that have been mentioned in some of the other reviews which further makes me believe that prior reviews were written by employees of other complexes.
The only real problem that we have had thusfar is not getting our fee for referring our friends here and having no decent reason as to why they offered it and never gave it to us.
