Timberlake Apartments

STAY AWAY!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   My husband and I were VERY good tenants of Timberlake for 2 years. Upon moving out we expected our deposit back in a timely manner, however, it has been almost 6 weeks & we still don't have it, even though the manager herself told us it would be ready for pick up on a certain day, she then told us that wasn't true. What I hate the most is the way these people lie so easily. Our rent was never late, we never caused any problems (even when they had a busted pipe that caused MOLD to start growing in our apt & destroyed yearbooks, textbooks, etc)While there, our apt was broken into, we had numerous leaks and the mold was definitely NOT COOL. I would NOT recommend this property to ANYBODY!!! There are plenty of nicer & more affordable apts in the Henderson area. STAY AWAY!!!
