Negotiate your deposits because at the end of your lease, don't look for a refund. You could keep your apartment in perfect shape, pay your rent on time, deal with catastrophic events that are beyond your control in the apartment (i.e. mold because of cracks in the foundation) and constant "water cut-offs due to construction" and the entire Timberlake Corp. will not work with you to get your money back.
It takes 30 days to receive a deposit back and when you mention this to the ladies up front, the response is, "I don't know what you're talking about."
Me and my wife are patient people and when it come to paying rent, we were on time 23 out of the 24 months we lived there. When we are looking for our return, Timberlake turned their backs on us and lied about the money saying that it was there when the corporate office stated they had no idea what we were talking about.
RENTER BEWARE!! it is a nice looking property but not worth the money to live in it.
