This started out very nice when we first moved in in Aug of 2007. Soon after though it turned very bad...We had issues with our neighbors making a huge amount of noise in the early hours of the morning. After speaking with them directly we knew that we would have to take the situation to the office. We were told that the problem would be taken care of about 4 different times and each time we were just blown off. Then our wonderful neighbors took up a drug problem and the way the units are setup we could clearly smell their habbit in our house and having a young child this was less than stellar. We issued an altematum to the office to either take care of the problem or let us out of our lease or give us a new apt. Of course they let us switch apts (With a new lease and rent increse of course). We were upset but it was away from the drug addicts at our last unit. We have now been in our new apt since Aug of 08 and guess what...Same thing with the neighbors...and the office refuses to do anything about it saying that what a person does in their own apt is their business alone. We are now purchasing a house and will def never look back at this place. I would not suggest living here to my worst enemy. Not to mention the huge problem with insects in the summer months...Roaches and huge amounts of spiders...

You must admit that since the new owner of the property took ove a year ago,in 08 the property, staff, security and maintenace are great.The whole staff has changed and the new management company is awesome. Timberlake has really become a great safe and nice plave to live.The bugs?yeah well it's vegas youll have that problem in your own home but at least you can have the exterminator come every week here if you want for free.Let me know how much they charge for your own home weekly.
