Where do I start' I guess I will address various points below:
#2. Keep in mind that I had anapartment by the pool & tennis court. Which turned out to be the worst decision I've ever made. If a property has a policy of actually policing it's "quiet time" of after 10PM, then it would have been a pleasure. however it was a nightly chore to deal with screaming people and flood lights from the tennis court pouring into my window at all hours between 10PM and 4AM. I tried to address the issue countless time to property management and even though they stated that they would do anything to please us, nothing was ever done. A simple temp security guard patroling the pool area from 10PM - 2AM would have done just fine but this solution was simply beyond their capabilities to "do whatever it takes"

#4. The layout of the by-ways inside the complex are very precarious and corners are often hidden by shrubbery. I have had MANY near misses with people speeding around. The complex is NOT gated. We all know that if someone is motivated it's really easy to get in to a gated community. But given the fact that this complex is the only one within miles that's not gated, it automatically becomes a more viable target for vandals, thiefs and possible worst of all - door-to-door peddlers!

#5. They have a nice tennis court and raquet ball court but the universal system is not very good. It's also broken in parts and can be dangerous.

#6. Washer and dryer in each apartment. Good condition
