This complex is in a great area and that is a plus. On the minus side, I live in a downstairs unit and hear every normal footstep above me as well as every toilet flush and every cycle of their washing machine. And it's especially bad because most of the time the footsteps are not normal, they are heavy or trampling. And then there's the slamming doors and the trampling down the metal rail stairway just outside my door. It's hard to believe these converted apartments meet the codes for condos. I definitely wish I was in an upstairs unit.
