I really cant agree with the previous post. I have lived in Traverse Point for more than a year now and find it to be very friendly and a great place to live. There are trees and grass all around the complex which makes the place much more comfortable and the location is excellent--away from the main roads but very close to the freeway and multiple grocery stores. The managers (Shelly, Faye, Charlie) do a superb job and somehow seem to remember all of the tenants by their first names. I have not had a single problem with mold in my unit, but my experience with mold is if you clean it up property the first time then it typically does not return. Great place for families (there is a small park right next door) and single people. Highly recommended.
