This place is a wonderful community to live in.
The staff and management are excellent and helpful.
The maintenance team is great, friendly and will come out in timely manner.
They have family events during the major holidays and they are very family friendly...just this past Christmas, they had a budding photographer come in and set up two photo areas so that families could come take pictures.
One area was with Santa and the second area they had the holiday back drop for family photos w/o Santa.
The only payment that needed to be made was to the photographers and there were free party snacks.
I have read reviews about this place with negative remarks and/or blatant lies and I do not understand what this may be from.
This community is not the cheapest in the area, I will admit, but you get what you pay for and I certainly get my money's worth living here.
The grounds are excellently well kept, there is free wi-fi on grounds, the staff is excellent, the pool area is clean (although it is currently closed due to a federal law to upgrade) and you either have your own covered parking stall or you can get an apartment home with a direct garage access.
On the negative side, it is costly to break your lease (terms will vary depending on the situation)...but to be fair this costly move (which is not uncommon in many larger apartment communities) was created to protect the lessor from people moving in getting the "special rate" (the 4-8 week free special) then breaking the lease and moving when the special expires.
Also, the staff/management is understanding if the need arises to break a lease and will work with you on a payment plan if needed.
Overall, I have lived in many places an this place is by far is at the top of that list.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move to the Las Vegas/Henderson area.
