Really. They are super-nice. And the maintenance is very responsive. The only drawback is that the pool has been closed for FOREVER. Grrrr!
I have never heard my neighbors. The air conditioners are indeed loud, but they work well. There is one tweaker guy who holds a never ending party in his garage, but they do their thing quietly (it just looks ghetto). The gym is VERY NICE. The office people are pretty nice, and they hold nice parties. The grounds are immaculate. The apartments themselves are beautiful and well made. It is expensive, but in my humble opinion, once they open the pool and barbeque again, it will be worth it.
