I have lived here for seven months in seven months I have had my car stolen. I woman was murdered here. I was trapped in the apartment complex when a gang memeber shot at a woman the police would not let anyone in or out. There are minor children running around in the middle of the night, I don't know which is worse the horrible teenager's here or thier parent's who just don't care. The teenager's throw wild parties and there has been complaint's of "Rape" in our excersize room, but when your teenage daughter is running aroud a Ghetto apartment complex in the middle of the night what should you expect' I do agree that the maintnance men do their jobs but I have to question if I trust them when I see them hanging out with gang members that are trying to shoot people in our complex. I really don't like the fact this man has a key to my apartment, Thank God For DOGS!!!
There is NO SECURITY HERE AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!!!! The gates do not work. The management is not pleasant to work with. They believe that any wrong doing's should be chalked up to "You live in an APARTMENT"
North Las Vegas might be a bit better for you to consider if you are thinking of moving to this place. Oh and by the way if you get locked outside in the middle of the night with three children one being 7 months old and hungry needing a bottle don't ask for help "THEY DON'T DO LOCK HELP AFTER HOURS" with two plus maitnance men on site''
This place is a joke and if you care about your family you wouldn't even consider raising your children in a community that you can't even take your children outside. Good luck to you and Take my advice this place is NO GOOD, I don't wish this upon anyone.
