I moved in about three years ago, with my big dog (a german Shepard) and it has been a great place to live the whole time.

when i first moved in, there were gates, and i asked about them, and the management told me that they dont work, and just about a year or two ago they removed them, but there have not been any issues to worry about them.

every summer i see security here, they usually drive by at least once a night, anytime beyond that i wouldnt know, im asleep. Any issues that i have had were handled fairly quickly. and maintenance is usually done within a day or two.

as for some of the other reviews i have read here... i really have no idea, i never heard about a murder, but that doesnt mean it didnt happen, it just never even occoured to me that it could be a possiblity... the one that said that it was a domestic violence, i can see that as a possiblity.

All in all i love it here and am glad to be here.

The office claims there is security but I have not seen them and the is need for security the henderson police is always at some one apartment. Kids are out at all times of night in the pool, you claim to see security at least once a night in the summer what about the winter. Yes, there are lots of dogs that owners half pick up there dogs poop and its rite outside of your apartment.
