i've been here for almost two years now, and the only reason i havent moved til now is due to my large "agressive" breed dog. not too many places allow large dogs. thats where the pro's list ends. the cons. management is the worst ive experienced. ever. if your not in their "favorites" circle, then your gonna have problems. ive had my car towed due to "flat tire" but when i recovered vehicle from lot tires were all fine.( tow truck driver was there when i picked up the vehicle and surprised they gave me that as the reason for being towed.) they will raise your rent after your initial lease, and then jack it up every 6 months after that. they wont work with you when it comes to their bi-annual inspections.youd better be there all day waiting for them or they will just enter, and hopefully lock back up when they are done. maintenance staff is friendly, but not knowledgeble. the place was a wreck when i moved in, carpet was well worn to the point of holes prior to me moving in. (lesson learned--dont go off the model, look at the actual apartment they want to stick you with) neighbors have been pleasant, although quite noisy. vehicles are being vandalized regulary by a group of underage wanna be gangsters(10-12 years old). i guess that may be a blessing in disguise because now i've noticed police driving through the apartment on a nightly basis now.(how long will that last') they are seriously lacking the landscaping except in the front where potential victims, i mean tennants can see. (take a look in the back areas.) outside lighting is ok at best. lights keep burning out....somethings has to be wrong for the same lights to constantly be needing bulbs replaced. dishwasher is useless, leaves my dishes dirtier than before i put them in, even after cleaning it out and scraping the hard water deposits out.

We lived here too just for the summer. we signed a 3 month lease and would never reccommend anyone here. everything is always broken ( hot tub pool etc.) also the management will rip you off any way they can.I took pictures of my aparment when we moved out and had an aparment manager from another complex witness it also the person who checked us out said it was the cleanest they ever saw an apartment they still did not return my deposit. when I told them 3 different times in office I was going back to school out of state and there was no way this caontract was going any further and I offered to sign the intent to vacate notice 2 months before moving i was ignored we did everything to notify them except go into the desk ourselves and get the intent to vacate form and then are trying to charge me for sept. THEY ARE RIP OFF KINGS!!!!! AND THE PLACE IS A DUMP!!
