I have lived here for 5 long years and I have definitely had a long road of ups and downs here and this last issue has me heated enough to pack up mid month and move even if I have to relocate to a weekly rental. I am A smoker (shame on me) and I am being charged 25 dollars for maintenance to come out and pick some cigarette butts up. Now here's the deal I have ash trays but I also have a empty coffee can that I keep next to them that I use to store the used cigarette butts,wich is done immediately after smoking which means the ash tray is used for the cherry and the butt goes right into can. I have talked to the main boss over the apartments and she is set in her ways and refuses to even here me out so now I start the process of making sure that no one rents before considering every possible action that has happened. You can also assure that this is not the first of some very bogus matters that have come up but,it is definitely going to be the LAST. I could go on and on with the horror stories but I don't want to bore anyone. One last note to leave you on. about a year ago I had a up stairs neighbor of mine intentionally throw his cigarette butt on the hood of my car where it sat long enough to burn a black ring in my hood, of course did she help us in that matter even with a witness from across the street saying that he saw the young man upstairs do it' NO....

Ever think of quitting smoking? You are so lame you can't spell. I would suggest potential renters check the sex offender registry for zip code 89015 before moving here, just my thought, read the facts for yourself...........

Don't worry about spelling. Thanks for the review. I too have lived there (moved out in 03/2006) and had not one problem but the fact that I am considering moving back made me read this and thanks. I too am a smoker who lived downstairs from a smoker and all of the butts outside my patio were her's not mine but I never got any complaints about them. Maybe things have changes these past 2 and a half yrs so thanks again for the review.
