We are current residents. The neighborhood is quiet and we've never had any issues with either management or maintenance. Parking is never a problem and the location is close to shopping and grocery stores. The only drawback are the actual apartments. Carpet, linoleum, and fixtures are really old and have seen lots of wear. There's a stink in our house that we haven't been able to rid for a year and a half and the bathroom constantly smells of urine. We've had no problems with neighbors or break-ins and feel safe walking around the complex at night. The pool is in good condition but the fitness center is extremly out-dated.
