Highly recommended! Look no further! Great location. From: ssjane@aol.com Date posted: 12/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I spent hours looking online & in person for an apartment in Henderson & wouldn't want to be anywhere else. This was the biggest (and cheapest!) place that cares what it's residents think. I've gotten 2 surveys from the main office in the 6 months I've lived here & they actually responded back to me. You get free pest control & air conditioner filter every month. 1 free carpet cleaning per year. Bingo every month to win $$ off of rent! Pool is always open. Not to mention the great location. Right by the 95 & 215 and close to the mall, Target, WalMart, etc. I just renewed my lease for another year. Oh, and the maintenance has always come right away for any issues I've had, which have been few. Another great thing is the you can fax, go online and rent movies for free in the office. I found this place on rent.com and got $100 from the site for moving here.
