Don't Rent, Converting to Condos

This apartment complex is being converted to condos. If you decide to rent here, know that you will be forced to buy the unit or move out sometime near the summer of 2006.

And no, you don't want to buy one of these. 150,000 - 250,000 a huge condo association fee crappy building construction = bad news.
