Villa Serena Apartments

Condo-conversion on hold From: billyblue Date posted: 2/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The condo conversion is on hold indefinitely. Pros-Our 3 bedroom is massive compared to many other apartments. The high ceilings really set it apart. Ample closet space throughout. Master bedroom is huge. Water utilities included-Cons-The bathrooms are not fantastic, but do the job. Appliances/fixtures are average at best. Water heater is one of the least efficient made. Tap water is incredibly hard, and almost toxic - everything gets caked w/ lime/calcium deposits (oh, and it stinks to high heaven). Parking is awful: our assigned spot is no where near our apartment, and the closest spots are unassigned and always fought over.-Overall-Even with all of the complaints, if we weren't buying a home, we'd gladly extend our lease.
