Villa Serena Apartments

Great :) From: kstraus4 Date posted: 8/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We haven't lived here long, but they went out of their way to move us in earlier than the orginal date (military move and needed something fast). I heard it was the best place in the Vegas area to live, and so far it has been. Maintenance is fantastic, they respond to your work order within a day or two. The area is quiet, the pool is very nice and clean, and the office people are very friendly. The management company is very good, they include numbers to corporate with your lease if you have an unresolved problem with the local management. The apts are huge and very nice, and the patios are huge. We looked everywhere, and for the price, it is the nicest :)
