I began renting here in 2007 and loved it! Nice and quiet and full respect from other tenants as well as from management. I seriously thought I would live here a long time because I felt safe and enjoyed walking the grounds and talking with all the other tenants. It was truly a family oriented community.

Back in May 2008, Villa Serena had become under new management. Since that time, the new tenants have been worse and worse. I don't leave my house after dark afraid that something might happen to me. When I moved in back in 2007, there were restrictions on animals-cats and dogs not more than 15 lbs. Since the new management took over, there are large breeds and bully breeds. This morning alone, a pitbull began charging my Pomeranian. The owner was able to hold onto the lease but gave me the stink eye as if it were my fault his dog charged. Not to mention, have we forgotten how to pick up after our animals' I can't even walk on the grassy areas without stepping in some dogs mess. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can move far away from this property.
