I have been a resident for 4 years and the Maintenance and Office staff are great. The grounds are well maintained and it's pretty quiet. Honestly, the best place I've ever lived in and I have lived in a few. I saw the most recent review and I just have to say that I know that the person renting today is probably paying less to move in but I rememebr the kickin deal I got when I moved in and people seem to forget that I think. Rememebr all you renter's out there cheaper is not always better! I know I can sleep at night and know my car won't be broken into or I can walk my dog at 9pm without fear. I plan on staying at Villa serena unitl I find my perfect home.
