Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
 
I lived there for a year. For my situation, it was perfect. But if you plan on settling in the area for a longer period of time, I suggest you spend the extra 100 bucks a month and find a nicer complex.
The apartments, while well kept, are very old for Las Vegas standards. The clientele is a mix, but mainly younger single or married couples.
My girlfriend and I drove by there last week and noticed one of the buildings burned out. Tear that eyesore down, please!!
