I lived here for only 4 months before they let me out of my lease. Here are some of the highlights... It was very loud...people yelling, domestic disturbances, loud car stereos. It seemed the Henderson police were there fairly often as well. I, and several other neighbors, did not feel safe. The lock on my door was pretty flimsy. The apartments were in poor maintenence. They never bothered to paint over a hole in the wall they had patched before I moved in. It looked horrible. The bathroom was dirty when I moved in. There was urine on the outside of the toilet and mold in the shower...I don't think they even cleaned the bathroom. My washer broke and flooded my apartment. It took several trips to the office to get help to clean up the water in the carpet and behind the washer. My ceiling leaked twice...the second time the mold made me really sick. The office staff seemed to ------- off until I hinted that I was going to explore legal action. Since the day I moved in the office staff was rude to me...and I was pretty patient with them. I now spend $100 more a month in rent and it is worth every penny.
