I Recommend City Center - I have lived in City Center since it opened. Yes there have been some changes. When I first moved in the police vcame through ona regular basis and checked for anyone with warrents. City Center is/was part of the mayor's plan to upgrade the downtown area. They are very unprofessional and will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you out of the office.
