dont do it!!! From: lovinthatairman Date posted: 10/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   my husband and i currently live here and i would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. they have the worst customer service i have ever delt with. they dont fix things if they need to be fixed. they dont call back. they are nice until you sign the lease and then after that they are just out to get your money. we pay about $1000 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and it is not worth it at all. our paint is chipping off, our door doesnt close right on the patio which runs up our a/c which in turn runs up our electric bill, there was no weather stripping on any doors, the carpet is in horrible shape, nails are sticking out, there are nails all over the parking spaces, there were holes in our garage, and our toilet doesnt flush correctly. it is very unacceptable since this place in brand new. it took the about 4 times of them coming out to "fix" our door which isnt even fixed at all. we can still see light coming out of the 1/2" gap at the bottom of the door where the rain still comes in. the outside looks nice and the pool/club house is nice also. however, the horrible customer service ruins any nice things about this place. so our advice...dont do it!! keep looking and you will be MUCH happier!
