very rude manager(not helpful at all), very unfriendly & noisy neighbors, the construction of the apartments is very poor, a lot of things fall apart & you can hear all noises from next door & outside (for example-you can hear when your neighbor is taking a piss). Do yourself a favor & look somewhere else. Watch your belongings.
