We used to live at Acerno, and we did not enjoy life at all. Their slogan La dolce Vita "enjoy the good life" indicates enjoying your life for every moment you dont have to be within the gate of this community because while you are there, the management will make your life hell!! Nikki and Jenny, and the newest little raunchy girl have much better things to do with their time the serve the customers. Go somewhere else..Seriously

Nikki has not even been on staff for a while now. She was great while she was there. If you didn't like her you must not have been following the rules. Just like everyone else that tends to complain! Get your story and names straight!

I lived there for six months and had nothing but problems with loud neighbor noise late at night, every night, dogs - which weren't even supposed to be allowed at the time, and management who did nothing about either thing. Now two years later they turn me into collections for $65 which I just found about on my credit report. Nobody ever told me I owed them anything when I moved out however. Never a bill or phone call or anything. They just made up an amount and sent it to a collection agency. I never would have even known about it if I hadn't looked at my credit report TWO YEARS LATER!! Stay as far away from this place as possible. It's a poorly run complex. They'll treat you great at first, until you move-in. Then you're on your own.
