recommend this place. others are mad because they do not like rules and they do not know how to live nicely with others. they do not want the office telling them how to live. which if they were doing the right thing they would not have to be told otherwise. doesn't that make sense'

I'm a prospective renter and quite honestly when people start responding negatively to customer comments anonymously I'm willing to bet it's the office staff themselves. The back and forth negative and positive reviews point to childish drama and from several other negative reviews concerning office staff professionalism I am willing to bet there is truth to what Acerno's customers are saying. The apartment looks good on their website @ www.acernovillasapartments.com but paired with their rating on this site I am forced to cross them off of my list. That's too bad. Perhaps in the future when my lease comes up again. I'm always open to moving into a nicely maintained, modern complex but without the attentions of a childish office staff and honestly that is how this place comes across now. I'm not willing to take a chance being stuck in a long term lease and if you're reading my comment I urge you to reconsider. There are numerous other facilities that serve customers with an honest smile. Just check the reviews on this sight that have more than 5 ratings and more than a 75 percent recommendation. Ironically their sister property comes up number one at 87% recommended.

I am a propective renter of these apartments and if you go look at them they are very nice, I was apartment manager and my apartments were nice on the website and nice when potentials came to view them, so what you hear on here is not always true, you need to see for yourself, and if you give negativity than you didnt follow the lease and the rules of the apartment complex..Yeah there are other apartment but they are all the same they are nice to you when you walk in and rent then when your are in they dont do what they say, and you follow the rules and they lie when you rent, that is why I am moving from where I am now...
