I was considering moving into these apartments. The sales person was "flaky" No one said hello when we walked in. I want to make sure I am getting what I am paying for. A clue to me should have been all of the missing shutters when she was driving us around and the stucco that was coming off the buildings. She took us into one apartment and she had the wrong key..The second smelled like cat pee and there was a black ring around the inside of the toilet. The third the stove was crooked and the tiles on the counter were cracked a piece was hanging and one was even glued back together chipped instead of being replaced. If you want poor workmanship and maintenance this is the place for you. If you expect to get what your paying for don't move in. The model is beautiful, but don't let it fool you. Ask to see available apartments BEFORE you sign any papers or just ask if you can move into the model!
