Sure the model is nice and they promise you everything...but the truth is once you sign the lease they don't give a damn about you. We had things that were broken from the day we moved in and after them promising us that they would come fix it for months we finally told them to write it down on our record as already being broken. They don't keep a record of anything...we had to remind them on a monthly basis what our rent was. And for some reason they have no record or our security deposit! We have been going back and forth for a month now with management about a simple question that no one can answer. Every time we call they say, "We are busy please call back in 10 minutes." They have the most horrible customer service I have ever seen. This has been going on for a month. Also, our car was broken into two times in the short time that we lived there. The Adagio tries to sale you on the "safe" gated community. They didn't care at all about our complaints. Whatever you do....DO NOT MOVE INTO THE "LUXURY" ADAGIO CONDOMINIUMS!!!!!
