First of all, I should update the information about Adagio. It is no longer an apartment complex. It is now a condo conversion.

Oh, I know...condo conversions have a bad rap around here! Adagio truly doesnt fit the bum deal other conversions have earned.

Adagio is peaceful and quiet 90% of the time (the other 10% is only when there is some repair work going on) and the grounds are beautiful, manicured and lush.

The sales staff are all warm, friendly awesome people and the management staff do their very best to address issues promptly.

I have lived here for almost a year and loved every single day of it!

Adagio is located in a safe neighborhood, close to everything you could need including freeway access, as well as right on the CAT line.

I feel safe here, and am very happy and comfortable with my home and my decision to move here. Any troubles the other posters have listed are long in the past, from when this place was under different management and still apartments.

Please consider dropping by for a tour and becoming an owner here! We could always use more great, friendly neighbors and the only thing you will kick yourself for is why you didnt move in sooner!
