Buying Opportunity' From: CNLV Date posted: 2/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   An upcoming sale of 83 condo units at Adagio is being heavily advertised on local TV. Allegedly, the minimum bid is $79,000, but my guess it is unlikely that any units will actually sell at that price. But if you are looking for what might actually be affordable "home" ownership, perhaps you should contact the property. The auction is scheduled to be held at Palace Station 2/10/08.
