Adobe Villas

I am currently in the military and was going to rent this appartment but became very leary after my first encounter with the manager Eloisa (Last Name Unknown). First we mailed in a deposit of $400. We lived in texas at the time and saw the appartment online. We had heard that it was in a bad neighborhood and that there were better appartments on the west side of lake mead rd. After reviewing the neighborhood we had decided that we should move on to looking for a new place so we checked around the the city and found The Crossings appartments. The management is very friendly and the neighborhood is a very good place and the appartments are very nice. Back to the encounter with the manger Eloisa, she is very very rude and I am still battling with her to get my deposit back, even though there were no contracts or leases signed. If I were you, I would stay far away from these appartments, I got my first tast of shady and rude bussiness, and not to mention very poor Cutomer service as the manager has a signature tone of yelling when people decide that they no longer want to rent from her.
