Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997
 
In my apartment history, ranks as second worst, due to poor management, thin walls (when you can hear your downstairs neighbor, you know it's poor construction), no bang for the buck, and parking hell for more than one car and guests. Negative review with emphasis on the managers who were fascistic not people oriented. I do not recommend it.
