Whatever you do, DONT MOVE HERE!!! This was the worst complex I have ever lived in by far. I have nothing good to say about Alexander Gardens. The staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. You are treated as if you are "bothering" them whenever you call them. The maintenance staff helps themselves to your personal things--computers, TVs, bathrooms. Even food! Like other people have said, I too had something stolen. I called maintenance 1 day to fix something in my apt. I had a $100 gift certificate to Best Buy on my fridge under a magnet. That was stolen, along with a copy of a movie I had left out. In addition to that, they are useless. You will have to call maintenance numerous times to fix the same problem. The fitness rooms are always closed for remodeling. They have 2 pools and 2 jacuzzi's. At least one pool and jacuzzi are closed for re-modeling, if not both. That leaves just one pool and one jacuzzi for over 300 apts. Even if you are able to get in the jacuzzi, you cant stay for more than a few minutes due to the immense amount of chlorine and having to constantly shoo away ants and roaches. The grounds are a mess. Beer bottles and other garbage laying around for days at a time. Plus, the rents are just way too high--not just for Vegas but especially for what you get...which is NOTHING!
Save yourself aggrivation and move elsewhere
