Horrible and unsafe - My car was stolen!!! From: jcodol Date posted: 3/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Moved in July 03. We can't wait to move. After we mover in the faucets leaked, and the carpets reaked of cat urine & liter. Several stains in the carpet. The maintenence staff is horrible. It took 4 visits for them to guess how to fix the a/c,heater unit. Management doesn't care about tenants dealing/using drugs at complex in public. Work out room locked due to tenants kids breaking equipment. Pool/Jacuzi always closed for health violations. There have an ongoing ant problem, management won't do anything and says it's probably from food left out - this never happened. More and more 'shady' individuals loitering at the complex. Our car was stolen. LVMPD states many cars have been stolen from there. The 'security' consists of one bumbling man sitting in front of the mail room or walking by the cars acting like he's checking some list. It took 4 months and many complaints to get an abandoned vehicle towed. The outgoing mail box was broken into. This happened 6 months ago and has not been fixed yet! The funny thing is that it's listed as'Luxury Appartments'. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
