If you lived there watch your back when you moved out

I lived in Alexander gardens apts for a nine month lease. I moved out with 30 day notice in Aug of last year. In dec of last year I got a notice from a collection agency saying that I had not given 30 days notice and that they were charging me one months rent plus some other charges that were completely bogus. They have kept my deposits and are trying to charge me on top of all of that.. I am seeking legal advice right now and for anyone else who is in my position I would like to plea that you come forward as well and help me sue the pants off of this organization and stop them from doing this to someone else. .. The apartment was poor at best, the sewer backed up into the pool area at least 4x while I was living there and they are preditors when it comes to moving. I should have never moved in.. I had to ask them to clean my carpets 3x before I would agree to move in and then now they are trying to charge me for their poor shape even though it is on my move in inspection that the rugs were totally nasty... DONT MOVE IN HERE!!!
