mold found in closet

we were cleaning out our closet in master bedroom and mold was growing on floorboard and carpet. that was on one section. we have had at least 6 major water leaks from othr apts in 3 years. we asked to be let out of our lease a month early because of mold and assistant manager refused(susie). i have been sick almost daily for 3 years and now i assume it may be from a mold problem. manintence sprayed something called killz on it 4 days later and said its all good now! i recomend you do not move in here. there are also little flying bugs or nats that constantly fly everywhere. 0 rating-no good and possible health hazard.from day 1 the carpets have been badly stained, we asked for carpet to be replaced but it never happened. they were called many times in the last 2 months to fix a stopped up toilet, they have came in and said it is fixed each time and 3 days later its stopped up again. problem has never been fixed.it took almost a year to get them to replace damaged flooring in bathrooms and kitchen. mold was growing on door to laundry room over a year ago because dryer doesnt vent right and laundry room always has lent everywhere &laundry room fan didnt work.it works now after several calls.but with the newest find of mold in the bedroom closet this is a serious health concern and i want to move asap.please do yourself a favor and dont move here
