Alexander Gardens Apartments

DIrty recreation areas and rude staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I've lived at Alexander Gardens for 2 years. I find the staff unhelpful and rude. There have been so many changes in staff, i think the average employee last 2 weeks. They make paperwork mistakes, i.e. getting rent check and then coming to apt to tell me they haven't received my rent. Having NV power turn my power off, they had the wrong apartment. There are kids running everywhere unsupervised and destructive. Loud stereos and cars. Garbage overflows every week. Only like 2-3 maintenance workers and it shows with the looks of the place. Staff always have boyfriends and friends hanging out in office and it seems their personal life is more important than a paying customer's question. I could go on and on. This place has really gone downhill with looks, staff and safety. Not recommended for anyone.
