Alexander Gardens Apartments

lived here for a while- will be moving From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This place has continually gone down the tubes.Tabacco road atmosphere. Trash everywhere.Mail rooms broken into so many times.Pool never clean or has been closed down so many times.Place look terrible. And they seem to let anyone live here.I was hoping new owners would make changes. Their priority seems to be on painting the place. This should be their last priority. They need better security, better screening of tenants and cleanliness first.But of course the rent continues going up.
