Move somewhere else

We moved in mid-June. The previous tenants had totally trashed the place, so they had "fixed" it up before re-renting. Their fixing consisted of one thing - replacing carpet. They didn't even check that all the appliances are in working order, that the tubs could hold water, etc. There was a leak underneath one of the bathroom sinks; the report from maintenance was "no evidence of leak found." The windows weren't closed all the way in the master bedroom when we first moved in. I have to run every washer load thru a second spin cycle and hope that the clothes get dry enough to dry in an hour, yet maintenace claims that problem has been fixed. That, in a climate where the humidity is less than 30% most of the time. The last straw is I put in a work order FIVE days ago to fix a leaky kitchen faucet because water goes everywhere. I'm still waiting. The dishwasher started leaking last night. It is going to be such a "shame" to call corporate in the hopes that they can fix the things that should have been taken care of before we moved in. Do not move here. They claim luxury apartments, but with appliances from 1995 or 1996, they are luxury only in the slums.
