We moved in 2 months ago and pointed out quite a few problems with our apartment and the outside that we were told would be fixed quickly - 2 months later nothing has been done and more things are breaking. I have never lived in a place as bad as this. The pool is dirty and the spa never seems to work. There is garbage everywhere and nothing ever gets fixed. They only have 1 maintenence man for all of the units, so forget getting anything done. They seem nice when you move in but once they have your money - they don't give a rip. We will happily pay the $900 to get out of this hole.
