The place is always clean and the staff always has a smile on their face. Being from back east I love the grass. The exercise room rocks, but could use a TV. I have only had one maintenance problem in the year that I've been there and it was handled quickly. I like it here so much that I talked a friend in to moving in and they took $100 off of my rent! My sister is moving to Vegas in December and she will definitely be moving in here.

It seems like if the apartment manager was going to write something, they could at least make it seem true. Everyone at this apartment would argue with this one. This place was a trash pit and I'm so glad that we paid the fee and moved out of the dump.
