i lived here for a year and a half and the problmes have not changed. management is horrible, and you cant even contact corporate to see what can be done. Ive counted and its exactly 165 steps from my parking space to my home. and I have 6 month old baby and am always carrying a lot of things, then if i park in the fire lane to unload my things, i get an eviction notice. They even changed the terms of the lease saying that they would clean the carpet, our cqarpet is gross.Im scared to walk to my door half the time because all my neighbors have these big dogs that are attacking the kids and killing each other. I watched my neighbor kill another dog that was attacking his. ---- -----, the manager made racist comments about my husband and the way he looks because he's a construction worker. Roaches absolutely love these apartments though. You can also be veryclose to your neighbors as the walls are paper thin and you hear all their business including when they get up at 2 am to go potty because of the horrible pipes. There are enough problems to write a not to do when you're running an apartment complex book.

Um, I kind of think that there are many parts to your story that are exagerated. Dogs killing kids??? There is a news reporter who lives on site. I'm pretty sure we would have heard about dogs killing kids. Apartments have thin walls. All of them. It wont matter where you move, that's just the way it is in apartments. I don't know if you can be evicted for parking in a fire lane or not, but I wouldn't worry about that. Roaches and bugs inhabit every house and apartment in Vegas. BUT, you should call and have them spray every couple weeks to get rid of them and call the health department if they don't. Racist comments? I have no comment. This manager has been flying under the radar for a long time, and she needs to be reported.
