Well as you might imagine I know everyone in the office...excluding ---- bc he is new. Anyhow, the folks are really incompetent, they don't communicate with each other...one day you return your keys, next day you call to confirm, and no one knows what happened... Maintenance doesn't call to confirm whether you are there are not, they just enter and fix things and leave. No one knows when they came or anythings, its not even noted. I checked. ---- has been promising to clean my carpet for 3 years...guess what still not done...! I have take off work 3 different times when he PROMISED that the appt was made for them to clean...
DONT STAY IN BUILDING 14 ON THE 3800 SIDE!!!! HAVE TO JUMP OVER PIGEON POOP FOR AT LEAST 4 MONTHS OUT THE YEAR,(I HAD TO CALL THE HEALTH DEPT BC OF IT) A GARBAGE TRUCK HIT THE CARPORTS AREA AND IN TURN THEY YELLOW-TAPED ABOUT 10 SPACES AND THAT HAS BEEN DOWN FOR 4 MONTHS NOW ALSO, CAUSING A HUGE PROB...
They send you an eviction notice about every other week even though you have a STAMPED RECEIPT signed by them in the office, they are just like oops sorry.
Gates don't work! Mailbox always locked by the mailman...USPS just randomly decides every FEW days that they will lock it... and there is nothing the office staff do about that. ALSO NO HANDICAP PARKING like other complexes...
Best Advice... get an apartment closer to the office bc I havent heard many complaints from those...its the ones that are furthest that never are attended to...and please please have then spray b4 u move in.... THE ANTS ARE BAD. ******DONT PAY ONLINE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO...THEY HAVE BEEN KNOWN NOT TO POST AND MISPOST PMTS*** in turn sending you and eviction notice yet again...
----- just stopped working there THANK GOD, and ---- the director is horrible at communicating... ---- OR ----- are the best ones to conduct bz with. Everyone else is really incompetent.

By law you should be given the name of the management co. Milestone Management out of Arizona. I urge you to call them about this manager.
