The last comment made was right on target. I moved out of Alexander Gardens 2/2008 and still haven't heard back. I call and get no answers. I had to email the online rent payment tech support just to get the property management company's name (Alliance Residential), howevever I still have NO PHONE # or address.

DOES ANYONE HAVE THIS INFORMATION''''''''''' PLEASE POST IT!!!

I called Jerry, Neyla, Neil, and Phyllis- employees that work at the leasing office and they don't provide any information. However Jerry said that in the state of Nevada if they don't give you your deposit back within 30 days, then they owe you 3x the amount. I haven't found that legal clause yet. . . but I am looking. The apartment was fine, but their customer service and turn around times are horrible. Not recommended.

This info. is for "ibanks". Alliance is no longer the company that owns Alexander Gardens. Milestone Management owns the property now. If you go online, you'll get their website. However, I wrote a certified return receipt letter to the VP of Regional Operations in Arizona and she never responded either. The people you listed above are not there now. They have a new crew and they don't help either. If you want to pursue your security go online for Nevada small claims court and you'll see the mediation section. That's the first step then all you can do is sue in small claims court. If you want your money back, you'll have to do it the legal way. Letters and phone calls will be ignored. That's your money and they keep it in an escrow account earning interest. They're not suppose to keep it after 30 days. Good luck to you.
