I lived in Alexander Gardens for over 2yrs. Before I moved in, I did multiple tours, everything looked good so I was excited to move in. Once I got in my apt, I realized the place was a ghost town, I had practically no neighbors. At first I couldnt figure out why... Until my apartment started to fall apart! At first it was no big deal, I went to the office and asked a maintence man to come by & fix a few things. He came with no problem, said everything was fixed, but nothing was! I have had things broken in my apt for TWO YEARS. My master bath toilet was broke for almost 4 months while they "ordered a part"... It must have been a magical part if they couldnt go to a local home repair shop to get it. My guest bath toilet has been broken the whole time Ive lived there. The maintenece man has been there prob 6 or more times to "fix" it. Same thing with my dryer and my dishwasher. And dont even get me started on the office staff!!!! OMG- some of the RUDEST most unprofessional people! (with an exception or two. I have had numerous billing issues that took FOREVER for them to resolve. For the price I was paying to live here- I would expect MUCH better service. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to go!

Met the new manager. Went into complain about somthing I have been complaining about for months. Spoke to her...its done!! Like..."REALLY FIXED"....maybe she'll get some stuff done!!!

Sounds like management needs to upgrade customer service skills, and upgrade their maintence workers $
