This apartment doesn't seem to care about noise or what is going on there. I lived next to the pool for awhile now and everytime teenagers or anyone is hanging out in there till 4 am keeping people awake during the week, they state "call police". No one cares that I haven't gotten a good nights sleep in a year due to noisy neighbors and party people that shouldn't be there away. They haven't changed the gate code since I moved in and people that moved are still coming to trash the areas outside. Lots of trashy people for way to much rent paid. I would never recommend it to someone that is a graveyard person or likes to have a peaceful neightbor.

Also the HOA is terrible. They state they know whats good for the community and the community has no say in the matter. They bumped up the monthly payments to the HOA frequently this last year. Their latest tantrum has been over parked vehicles (which they dont have enough spaces for tenants) and will tow your vehicle if the right person complains about it. They make no attempt to confer with the owner and have it towed at your expense and who can afford that nowadays. By the time you try to follow this parking regulation you realize that there is no public parking outside of a mile. its a buisness district. you may not park on Sierra, Fulton or Howe, even if others do does not make it legal and your subject to state laws then. My take on anything Allicante Villas is to stay clear of them. I regret every waking moment that I am forced to deal with them and I am trapped in this damned mortgage.

My family and I lived at Alicante Villas for one year. The lady in the leasing office was friendly and helpful, and the grounds were always maintained. There was a nice gym and picnic areas. Our apartment looked like new, the counters, plumbing, carpeting, etc. was great when we moved in. Once our tub was backed up, and a plumber came ASAP and kindly solved the problem. We have had no complaints about the apartment complex, which is also nearby many shops. As far as people coming and going at all hours, teenagers hanging around, ppl in the pool, that's just the way it is in ANY apartment complex. There are going to be all kinds of ppl all living their own separate lives. As long as safety is not an issue (which it never was) and the place is clean and buildings, etc. are maintained, that's good enough for me. I would recommend Alicante Villas to anyone.
