Lived there from 1999-2000. Back then it was called the The Park Apartments.
Why I moved out' 6 inch Roaches crawling back/forth from under bathroom sink(happened twice), insects, flying roaches, crickets, worms, mold, stained carpet, moldy scent, hole in the wall inside water heater storage, gangbangers, drunk gangbangers sitting on their balconies looking at you as you walk to your apartment, old appliances,teens everywhere, bums by the large trash bin, no lights in the mailbox room(worked swing shift) and the final straw was when a crack head tried to open my door around midnight. I walked to management and gave them my 30 days. Rent for a 1br back then was 480 and they raised it up to 570.
